SwimKidz PEL

SwimKidz PEL located at JIS Pattimura is proud to introduce SwimAmerica, a standards-based learn to swim program. SwimAmerica is the largest learn to swim program offered in the US and is now fully licensed at JIS Pattimura. SwimKidz is the first learn to swim program in Indonesia to offer SwimAmerica. Come join us to be sure your children are learning proper swimming techniques and skills for lifelong enjoyment!

SwimKidz is operated by Coach Randy Hyre. Coach Hyre has an extensive background in swimming and coached the Indonesian National Team for 18 months and prior to that was the Head Coach at Aquadragons Swim Team for over five years.

SwimKidz offer two sessions. Session One runs from August to December. Session Two runs from January to May. The group lessons are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays with each class being 40 minutes in duration.

• Class One: 14:10-14:50
• Class Two: 14:55-15:35
• Class Three: 15:40-16:20
• Class Four: 16:25-17.05

Registration for Session One is currently OPEN. We have limited placements available depending on the time requested. For more information on how to register, please email SwimKidz at: swimkidzacademy@gmail.com Priority is given to JIS students but SwimKidz PEL is open to students outside of JIS.

Youth Sports Council Jakarta Announcement:

SwimKidz Academy Starting at PIE on Saturdays, October 29th
SwimKidz is proud to introduce our learn-to-swim program at PIE beginning Saturday, October 29th.  Please look in your child's backpack on Friday for more detailed information.  SwimKidz offers a standards based learn-to-swim program and the only SwimAmerica program in Indonesia.  Come join us and be confident your child is learning proper swimming techniques and skills for lifelong enjoyment!  This program will run every Saturday from October 29th until December 10th.  We will restart the SwimKidz program in January.

Below are the tentative times on Saturday:
•    Class One:  10:30-11:00 am        Class Three: 11:40-12:10 am
•    Class Two:  11:05-11:35 am        Class Four:  12:15-12:45 pm (if necessary)

Registration Dates:
Registration will take place at PIE and PEL for both the Learn-to-Swim Program and Stroke and Turn Clinic on the following dates and locations:

•    PIE Cafeteria:    Thursday, October 6th and 20th from 7:30-8:30 am (completed)
Saturday, October 22nd from 8:45-9:45 am at PIE Cafeteria
•    PEL Cafeteria:    Thursday, October 6th and 20th from 2:30-4:00 pm.
