- Your child should come in comfortable swimwear. Please have her/him bring a towel, a pair of goggles, a kickboard, and waterproof sunscreen lotion to each session.
- Please have your child change in the designated changing room. The school's activity director has requested that students avoid changing in front of the cafeteria.
- Blue Dolphin Swim School will organize a ceremony towards the end of the semester session. At this event, swimmers are given the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned throughout the semester. During the event all children will also receive a progress report, a certificate and a badge.

Rain
Indonesia has one of the world's highest rainfalls so it is likely to rain during the semester. Our policy is to go ahead as long there is no dangerous lightning or torrential downpour. A cancellation of the class can sometimes only be decided at the poolside, minutes before a class starts. Please check with Franky whether the class will be in session (0813-10551277).
Parent/Caregiver Participation
An adult must accompany the student at all times. For those enrolled in second afternoon session of each afternoon, please note that children are NOT allowed to wait around at the school campus unsupervised after school hours. Parents are automatically listed as the guardians of the student. Considering that some parents are working and there may be days when they are not available, the school has allowed other designated adults to supervise them. Parents are responsible for ensuring their children are supervised by a designated adult if the parent is not available.
For security reason, there must be two (2) additional guardians for each child. Please submit those names to BD's coordinators on the registration day. Without having her/his name listed, she/he will not gain entry. All accompanying adults have to bring his or her ID to gain entry.
