Supreme Gymnastics Club

Our club is a parent run, non-profit, organization. We provide recreational and competitive gymnastics training. Our gym is fully equipped with top quality equipment to increase your child's fitness, flexibility and strength. We provide qualified Indonesian coaches. Our focus is to develop your child's confidence and self-esteem while having fun in a structured program. Children will, for approximately 15 minutes at the beginning of every class, do warm-up and flexibility work before going on the apparatus.

When? Mon, Wed, Fri 3:30-6:30 p.m.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Basic: Basic level classes are 1 hour per week. These classes are open to boys from 5 through 9 years old and girls from 5 years onwards. This program incorporates warm-up, stretching and body preparation, and simple work on the apparatus. The emphasis is fun, fitness and personal achievement. Classes are split into Basic 1 and Basic 2 levels according to ability based on head coach assessment. The boys practise separately from the girls.

Basic 3 and Advanced Recreational: These are 2 hour classes based on head coach assessment.

Pre-team A and B and Tiny Pre-team: These groups are designed for girls who have the ability and desire to progress to more advanced moves and are willing to attend practice 4-6 hours per week. Prior recommendation and approval from coaches must be given before registering for this level. Girls from 6 to 16 years are eligible for this program: the youngest girls are placed in the Tiny Pre-team. Girls from these groups are considered for competition inclusion.

Supreme Gymnastics Team: The girls in this group have shown the dedication, commitment and skill necessary for a competitive level gymnast. Required training for this level is 6-9 hours a week. Prior recommendation and approval from coaches must be given before registering for this level. Team members are expected to compete on behalf of the club if selected.

Clothing: A leotard with or without stretchable shorts is essential. No T-shirts and shorts except for boys.

Club Parent Communication: Email will be our main form of communication.

No Spectator Policy: This is for safety reasons.

In-House Competition: Toward the end of each semester the club will hold a fun competition where each gymnast can demonstrate the skills s/he has acquired over the semester.

Registration: The gymnastics program continues throughout the school year. During this time there will be 2 Semesters. Semester 1 will run from Aug through December and Semester 2 from January to June. Fees are due in advance. Rupiah cash only! Fees must be paid prior to the start of the semester. Both parent and child are required to read and sign the registration form so they understand the safety implications.
